Climhazzard is Cloud's fastest and best out-of-shield option, as well as having little lag and therefore being hard to punish. Anything -7 on shield or worse gets hit. Also, it has a good hitbox with pretty good vertical range on the move, and can be reversed. With Limit Break, Climhazzard kills off of the top at respectable %.

I swear Pokemon Trainer needs to be split into 3 different characters. Sure, the versatility is great, but people rarely ever use it; not in the middle of a fight anyway unless it's between stocks. The 3 different play styles make it to where the character would be better split.

All the really good pokemon trainers (watch Tweek, Leffen, pandarian, wishes, puppeh, ect) use all the pokemon to get their full potential. Each has different advantages and disadvantages and you get invincibility while switching between them
