Yes Britt did a lot of bad things but so did all of the other women that jason was with.but Britt started to change for the better. Especially when she found out she had a horrible disease and it became impossible for her to find a cure and Jason became her lean on me guy i didn't like the person she was but i started to like the person she was starting to be.jason brought out the best in her.wish the writers found a way to bring her back to see just how much she was being selfless and really trying to be a good person .as for calling her names and stating she looks like a dude that's really harsh.she doesnt deserves to be talked about like that.just saying

I feel for Britt she deserve better. He walked out on Sam. Sometimes what he really meant he's relationship with other women he told them the same thing he loves them I just wonder his loves for all those women , all lies.
