Use Talcum powder as dry lubricant and coat the Latex generously during installation. It helps a lot.....

And some times I double bag it depending on what I'm riding . . . . Oh wait . . . . you're talking about bike inner tubes. 😬

I’m training for my first Ironman. Don’t plan to get a TT bike yet so I’ll continue using my Emonda ALR but optimising my bike and your videos are helpful

The data from aerocoach is per set of wheels, not per wheel as you said

Typical triathlete: I will use latex tubes to go faster. Also typical triathlete: I will pump them up to 150 psi and lose the benefits😂

yes latex are great and get way less puntures

I pump up my latex tubes for every ride

Agreed. And that's so annoying...

I put 5ml sealant into latex tube. It holds air for a wk now

Would love to hear if latex tubes and clinchers are faster than running tubeless! Amazing video nonetheless

Thank you, that's a good suggestion. I will add it to the schedule

Try the maxxis ultralight 66g Lighter than vittoria but im not sure about rolling resistance coz it is not latex. Maxxis welterweight is around 74 or 76g. It is around 9 or 10 dollars

The weight is not really a factor in overall speed. Plus if it is a lightweight butyl tube then I have always found those to be the most flat prone.

Less puncture resistance, and more rolling resistance than latex. BUT you wouldn't have to pump up every day
