*The Starter Save is quite old. I did it back in 2021 on either Android Version 1.06 or 1.09. With that said, the only way it's compatible through Android Version 1.10, which I am using now, I had to use thehambone's Save Converter Tool and convert it from Android to iOS, since iOS Saves are actually structurally compatible with Android Version 1.10 Saves. All other ANDROID Saves are NOT COMPATIBLE with Android Version 1.10, unless converted to iOS first!* *The 1st Save is NEW, and I experimented with using Autosave Slot the entire time. This is why it reads 14 Safehouse Visits. 9 were from the old school Starter Save, 4 were from the EP/EC/EC2 Black Conversion on all 4 Sunshine Auto's Vehicles and saving after each one, and the final 1 is from saving when I reached 100%. Unfortunately, I made a late discovery on getting the Conversion to being a DP/EP/EC/EC2 Black Conversion, thus they are not DP in my Save File! No, I won't be redoing it. I am satisfied with it. I have plenty of Vehicle Models with the DP Property now.* *During the 1st Save, I made a mistake and ran into a Vehicle during "Publicity Tour" and as soon as the Love Fist exploded, I went to reload the Autosave. By doing that, it began the Mission over immediately, right into the Cutscene, which is normal. What wasn't normal is during that next instance of the Mission, I somehow was OM0 and saw all the Markers on the Map since even though I reloaded the Autosave, the game still remembered when I failed the Mission before reloading and asked me if I wanted to Retry or not. I said yes, and it gave me this strange OM0 state. I wonder if you can gain OM0 in any Mission with blowing yourself up, reloading the Autosave, and then pressing Yes on the Retry Menu. These broken Ports are so broken.* *In the 2nd Save, you can see a lot of question marks (?) by some of the Vehicles, and one in the 3rd Save. This is because I do not know if they are DP and/or EC/EC2. For instance, all of the Bikes in the game can't visibly show the DP Property. You can't test it IN-GAME. So therefore, I am not sure if they are EP/EC/EC2 or DP/EP/EC/EC2. I did the Conversion the same way, though. Some of the Colors are strange looking, too, so I am not too sure if they are EC, EC2, both, or nothing at all, and just Traffic Default Colors. For instance, the Bus and Perennial I believe are just DP/EP, without EC/EC2, but I might be wrong. The only way to really tell is by using an Editor and checking the Garage Tab under the Editor. This will tell you all the Properties and Colors on all the Vehicles.* *I don't have the Linerunner, Packer, Trashmaster, Securicar, or any Boats in these Save Files, but I do have those as EC/EC2 Black in my 2nd PS2 Save! I also didn't really care to convert stuff such as a Voodoo. Since an EC/EC2 Black Voodoo naturally exists in Missions, it was good enough for me. I didn't need all of those Vehicles I obtain in the 1st Save, as Black, and DP/EP in another Save.* *I am just straight up missing the Unique/EP/EC/EC2 Black RC Raider. I tried to obtain it, but my Controller is so busted that it just cannot be done. I can't even make it back to the area without it being destroyed and disappearing, let alone getting back there, having it in tact, and then being able to teleport into it successfully. Plus, you can get it, even after 100%. I learned that, just like the DP/EP/EC/EC2 Conversion, you can transfer the RC Vehicles to any Save you want, too. Interesting story with the RC Goblin. With the broken Controller and all, and janky Controls, I managed to teleport into it and fly it back to Hyman Condo Garage, where I had a RANDOM VEHICLE inside of there, close to the wall, so I could teleport out of the RC Goblin. Problem is, the Vehicle was too close too the wall and I couldn't fit the RC Goblin between successfully, so it caught fire, I pressed Exit Vehicle Button, game crashed...BUT...BUT...When I pressed RESUME, I was standing in the Garage, with the random Vehicle, no RC Goblin. Closed the Garage. Opened it again, and THERE IT WAS! So you can "store them" even with having the game crashing and by pressing Resume, you can finish the process by opening and closing the Garage again to convert them into Unique/EP/EC/EC2! That also means, you can use Grenade/Wasted/Bad for Stats Method for the RC Vehicles, and then transfer them to a CLEAN Save. I did that for the RC Bandit and Baron, but I was unfortunate with the RC Goblin, thus got an extra Attempt and Wasted Stat. No worries, though. Glad I got it.* *I actually didn't have it planned on my List, but because of skipping the RC Raider, I decided to get the Hunter...And...Glad I did. Best Vehicle in the game? Hunter now in VC, SA, and LCS that are fun to fly around! Not sure if there is a way to get a Rhino back from the West Island to East, so I don't have a DP/EP/EC/EC2 Black Rhino, unfortunately, but, like the RC Raider, once again you can get it anytime, even if it's possible.* *If you're wondering why not ALL of the Vehicles are DP in the 2nd Save it's because I discovered HOW and WHY the Vehicles are being converted into DP in the first place half way through the process of doing these Conversions within the 2nd Save. I already finished up the 16 Vehicles in Sunshine Auto's Garages, for instance, and only 5 of those 16 were DP and at that time, I still believed all of this to be random, but it's not! The only "random" thing about it, or so I believe, is the Colors aspect. In MOST CASES, it's Black, but there is SOME CASES, the Colors vary. This happened to me on the Ambulance and Mr Whoopee the most. I actually REPEATED these Conversions a few times in a row and got different results on COLORS each time. I even got the EXACT SAME Color as it was to begin with, only now it would be DP/EP, or just EP. I don't get what causes the Colors stuff.* *Another cool thing with the DP/EP/EC/EC2 Conversion is that, let's say you convert a Vehicle with Extra's like Ads on the side of Vehicles or a Roof of a Stallion, etc, etc...You can just reload over and over, and reopen/close/open the Garage until it spawns how you want it. It'll still retain the DP/EP/EC/EC2 Properties, and you won't have to do the Conversion over from the start at all. Just by reloading the janky Save, then reloading the Save you want said Vehicle inside repeatedly, can change the Extra's and randomize things. I did that for the Hotring Racer's A and B, actually. Those can be NE, actually, and done on Mobile, but it can't be Android 1.10 or iOS, unfortunately. It can be any other Android Version, though, and...It can be done anytime, too.*

Not with a Controller, which makes it very similar to good ol' PS2. Sure, things look different, but that is the whole reason to play other Platforms and Versions. To experience all they have to offer and overcome some of the annoying obstacles...

Yeah. BlueStacks worked perfectly fine even on my old Laptop from 2012...Any GTA Port ran smoothly. III, VC, SA, LCS, or CW...

Who knows. Somehow this isn't valid, but then speedrunning and skipping all of the Missions is. Only that seems to get attention. It's lame, if you ask me...

It's pathetic when you see Walkthrough's of like, ONE Mission, and that's it in the Video. Somehow THAT gets viewed and is "better than" being able to do the entire Island's worth of Missions or more, in one go, and no Wasted/Busted/Cheats/Failures/Pay and Spray, etc...That's knowing the games...

...You get 100 Hidden Packages. 80 Packages spawns the Sea Sparrow at the Vercetti Estate, 90 has the Rhino in Fort Baxter, 100 has the Hunter in Fort Baxter. You fly there. You steal it. You store it in a Garage. Not that hard...

Nobody. Everyone uses the Hunter and gets it done in less than 10 minutes...So yeah, need to do 100 Hidden Packages to get one. 90 for the Rhino, since, can't get a 6 Star Wanted Level in the beginning, only later, thus Spilling the Beans for an FBI Rancher and Rhino, as Description says...

Does 1.12 count for any DP EP FP and EC black vehicles to be obtained?; as an ex: sunshine autos

Absolutely not because 1.12 isn't 1.10. 1.10 Saves don't work on earlier Versions or later Versions. 1.10 is magical because it's iOS, despite being called Android 1.10. All iOS Saves are compatible with 1.10. All other Android Saves become INCOMPATIBLE, until converted from Android to iOS, and then you can load them up. You won't be getting DP/EP/EC/EC2 Vehicles anywhere...But Android 1.10 and iOS. How much more clear does the Descriptions need to be when it says *IT ONLY WORKS X.* I write stuff, for a reason...Facts.

I don't have Chopper in III/VC, and I don't really plan to get them. Same with Helicopter in LCS, but will show it for my new Guide coming next month.

Have you had any issues where the game just crashes after clocking in long enough hours into a single save? It's a bitch to me, considering I take my own sweet time collecting vehicles.

Nope. But, 1.10 just...Crashes. It doesn't crash while I play. It usually crashes right when I launch BlueStacks and then launch Vice City right afterward. It'll boot up, I will see game world, then immediate freeze. I close it, reopen it a couple of times, then it works, then stops crashing for the rest of the day. It never crashes when I am in the middle of something and for a long duration. Besides, Mobile and DE are dumbed down...It has Autosave...You don't even need to save your progress, it automatically saves it for you...

Even on some Sites, there is others claiming 1.10 has crashing issues. It does. That's for sure. But yeah, it usually only happens to me like RIGHT in the beginning of trying to play and boot a Save. Once it actually managed to boot and not crash...Then it remains playing and not crashing...
