Great video. I have one do these and love it too but hadn’t used it in a while. I would note one thing though, which is that the reason they want you to go downward is that’s the flow you should be pushing anything with pressure due to lymphatic fluid (always towards the heart). With the suction you’re actually pulling that fluid toward the surface meaning it’s that much more important to go with the flow of the natural lymph flow and drainage. 💖💖

I have this at home but it's a little machine with about 10 or more different tips and also has a big tip for the whole body. Anyway I also use a steamer but I make sure to clean my face after I used the steam and make sure your face is completely dry as it works better. It's not good to use the steam without rinsing your face afterwards. And after I use the microdermabrasion then I rinse my face with cold water that has been boiled or bottled water as it calms the skin and keeps it clean then put on a light moisturizer or face serum. I normally put on a face serum with peptides. Its really good to use it especially after microdermabrasion as it travels into the dermis of our skin a lot easier and better. It's very important to keep our face tools 100% clean especially before using it on our face because it's easy to get skin infections. Always sanitize your hands before using this product and all face products. Anyway I love watching these videos. Its great to try out face machine gadgets and really fun too.
