FYI, to remove the Anodes: 1) Remove bolt holding in the Anode 2) Buy a 10 mm bolt 1.5 pitch. 3) Then simply screw the bolt you bought into the hole and this will press out the anode with ZERO work. Bolt that holds the Anode to the engine = 12mm socket Bolt used to remove anode from the engine uses a 14mm socket Bolt that holds anode to the housing needs an 8 mm socket a vice helps a lot. Grease every bolt that goes back in.

Awesome tutorial..after i followed ur steps and replaced to a new motor on the same Suzuki DF90..even there's a click sound and done locking the realease valve.. the engine is not gg up or down..what is the problem next?
