Definitely more family than fishing. I would not be looking at a twin engine for a family/sandbar boat. Would never be going that far off shore. Since I am retired and it is just me and the little wifey I would go pure fishing with no forward bow seating in the way. For family (females especially) the finished head on this boat looks very nice.

@LivinSalty Everyone knows except u, march of 2021, boats were reasonable prices. The biggest international scam came about along with an inflation scam. Boat, UTVs, camper, etc markets marked up prices knowing people could pull 100k from 401ks. Meaning prices will sky rocket and dealers knew this. Idiots payed these prices to get out of town, quit jobs and thought they could live off it. NOW, We're seeing a correction in all markets knowing all these goods were marked up huge. People still paying these prices know they will never see the returns including houses. So, when people like u say this is "reasonably priced" is bc you either spent way to much trying to gain your money back, or just out of your mind. I and more of us can keep going on this. Let us know when you've ever been in a bind, bought a house, and have just a little more life experience 😉

Almost 200k after taxes and you think that's reasonable

Take a look at the new boat market. Not second hand, not a leftover on the lot from last year, brand new boats. Look at boats with similar features to this, 26ft. Then come back and tell me that compared to the rest of the market this price isn’t reasonable. because I have a hard time believing you will find tons of boats this this quality for this price

New boats are expensive, no doubt about it. The average person cannot afford a new boat without financing. But that is just what they cost now

That is true, along with all boats. Personally I think buying a couple years old is the way to go, but that’s just me 🤷🏻♂️

@ agree. But some actual hold their value but are so damn expensive. Yellowfin and Freeman come to mind But again YF and Invincible are now poured in Mexico and shipped to Bradenton for assembly and rigging.
@LivinSalty23 күн бұрын
@ oh ya for sure some boats hold their value wayyy better than others. It’s a shame that some of these larger manufacturers moved out of the US…

There are no reasonable priced boats anymore. They have gone the way of the housing market. 😢

That’s why it’s always great to find some deals on slightly used boats! Helps knock that price right down
