Base on my research ,i disagree with your export method...PNG files store graphics on websites. Some operating systems like macOS and Android devices screenshots in the PNG format by default. So with my CTRL + ALT+SHIT+W ....FORMAT = PNG, RESAMPLE = USE PRESERVE DETAILS....CONVERT TO sRGB, Do not embed if you are not sure of your monitor color calibration.

Does your social media support png? Did you mean to say that websites don’t support JPG files? I have always used jpg files for websites and never had any single issue. I post JPG to all my social media and they are always crisp and sharp with no color change. But thanks for disagreeing
