In March 2011 the first ten members of Seve's family migrated to their new permanent home in Florida. Enjoy video of them leaving steel and concrete behind and stepping outside, many for the first time in their lives. Hi Ann, The chimps have six interconnecting indoor rooms with hammocks, blankets, and toys. These rooms are connected to a three acre island with trees and man-made climbing structures as well as enrichment. They have the freedom to come in and go out as they please. There are no fruit trees however the chimps are fed three meals daily of fresh fruit and vegetables.

There is nothing interesting in their enclosure. No foliage to build nests, no trees with branches to climb and swing from, no shade, no water feature for drinking,. No mazes of ropey "vines," no fruit trees, no crates, boxes, or building materials.thinking in terms of a seven year old child, is the outdoor area a challenging play area. Boring, no stimulation.
