As a 7 year Save The World player, I appreciate this video tremendously. But I think using the word "deserved" as in past tense only feeds the idea that the game is dead and keeps people from trying it out. 4 weeks ago we got an amazing new set of quests and story (with voice acting) that was geared towards people who were maybe only a few weeks into playing the game. This shows that people at EPIC still care and are still trying to get those concurrent player counts above 25-30k (which if you ask me is still amazing for a 7 year old game). I truly believe that if content creators keep spreading the word about Save The World, we can get those numbers up and convince Epic to give us more resources towards this amazing story and these loveable characters!

Save the world's death is still one of the biggest reasons I critique epic so much they abandoned an amazing game because they didn't wanna put in the work to make it more popular, epic shutting down development has left a uncleanable stain on epic's reputation for me it's also why I don't like the metaverse the idea of the same thing happening to BR (although more unlikely) scares me.

I bought the founders pack back in the day, i loved battle royale and wanted to support the devs that made stw. Also I miss when battle royale had traps, it really kept that feel that both modes were still connected in some way but now the two couldnt be more different.

I enjoy the mode, but I'll be honest, I really only played it for XP and that's it... It makes sad every time i hop on the game simply because it gets absolutely nothing... No new weapons, bosses, locations/worlds, builds, traps, and so on... It's such a damn shame and I've really lost faith in them coming back and doing something after the whole no vbucks unless you have Founders edition bs. People would still need to pay yo for STW so it doesn't make sense as well as them bundling up with packs only to find out oh yeah they don't care about the mode besides doing a update every what 3-6 months? It's just bad... I'll be on the lookout for if they do something though as I've made lots of progress on it being lvl 130.
