We have one but as it turns it makes these loud thump as if the gears are slipping so what is the problem here????

i would take the top off and make sure all of the packing is out from under the barrell. we made that mistake.

Hello could someone help me.. the rubber liner for the litter inside mine popped out of place.. now I can’t get it back in right without gaps in the back

i would contact the manufacturer. that definitely should not have happened. their customer service was good when i reached out.

Are there any issues with urine leaking down the small gaps at the side of the rubber mat ?

Any issues with this throwing the dirty litter back in during the end of the cycle ? Nearly all mine goes back in . I'm having to hand scoop and empty

I’ve got the same problem , I’ve just delayed the clean cycle see if that helps . The waste exit hole at the back could do with being bigger . The clumps of pee seem to back up because they can’t get through I might change the brand of litter when my regular one runs out hopefully this will fix it

@gazzaad see I thought it might be that too but I hit the completely empty thing the other day 5 times and it still left a lot of loose particles behind as in none clumped. I changed the bag for a new one . Checked the exit opening and removed clumps by hand and it still threw unclumpled litter back in had to empty the rest by hand in the end . I've been using the same litter for 13 years and never had a issue
