Nothing helped, no trims, no hair masks, no special brushes, no shampoos and conditioners meant for damaged, colored hair. The breaks got so high that I had to cut most of my hair off because it looked all janky from how often and randomly it split, tore and fell off. I now have short to medium hair length and it's making me really depressed because I loved my long hair. Oh well :/

Karissa Bly If you took huge precautions, you wouldnt be using heat, bleach, dye or a bunch of products on it. The best way to heal your hair is to cut it and use only one chemical free shampoo and conditioner and leave it natural. Thats doesnt cost loads of money.
