Thank you so much for pointing out the obfuscation game Elf is playing with the ingredients listings on their new Camo "hydrating" CC Cream. I have rosacea on this 64-year old face, and I read those ingredients lists for many reasons. No way I'll consider this product - or any other complexion products from Elf. Though I do love their Hydrating Camo Concealer, in a couple of different shades. I use that on areas not affected by the rosacea. Thanks Gemma!

The shade for the Prada foundation in on the top of the refill bottle. It has a black printed rectangle with a number on it. That is the shade. Pull it out of the package to be able to see it on the refill bottle. ✌🏻❤️

I don't know if I've ever mentioned this to you, but one of my favorite mascaras (not colored) is the Ulta Flash It's just $11 hrre in the US & it is fabulous! It's a tubing mascara, adds volume & tons of length AND removes easily with warm water! I wish you'd try it & let me know what you think!

You should care if a deodorant is aluminium free because aluminium in deodorants settle in the lymph nodes causing breast cancer, I haven’t used high street deodorants with in aluminium for 5yrs and go out of my way to look for aluminium free deodorants, at the moment I’m using Neal’s Yard Rose & Geranium it smells gorgeous & I’m protected all day, it’s worth paying a lil more to keep your body healthy & free from toxins.🧡

I think the Elf product ingredient list is a Trading Standards department issue. All ingredients should be properly listed and any variations clearly explained. Elf is demonstrating a very cavalier attitude towards its customers. Which then makes you wonder about the rest of their products and the reliability of the ingredients list supplied.

I am a big Erborian fan, have many of their products. I would like to say something that has nothing to do with this video but as you will be speaking to the Maysama lady, she has an employee called Lauren, that went above and beyond to get the serum to me, fighting with the useless Italian postal service. I had the same experience with the lip gloss. I don’t lick my lips but I do press them together a lot out of habit so it got in my mouth and it ended up being an ordeal that took quite a while to dissipate. I thought Lip Venom was bad; it’s nothing compared to this.

I am so glad (well, sorry) that someone else had the same experience with the Lash Extndr (spelling???) as I did. Flat eyelashes almost immediately, a second coat for me is quick and light, but it actually made my lashes crunchy., a bit spidery, some sticking together & didn’t hold a curl. SO disappointing, I want to love it as it was brown, and a nice shade at that. 😢. Still so hard to find. Oh, but the tubing/water removal was as expected and maybe a touch of lengthening.

I always love your videos when they really are critical of some thing that we might be looking to spend our money on. As for fragrance, it’s such a personal thing, but there is no way that what one person thinks is a lovely smell translates to everybody else. There’s just no way to really decide some thing like this for everybody. I do have a really weird issue. Maybe I’m not the only one there was a Spanish jewelry company called Uno to 50 and in my New Jersey mall. They are store sprays out this fragrance that has me mesmerized. It’s so compelling that I dream about it. And yet they don’t make a perfume of it, they don’t make a house fragrance of it,. They did have a candle that I bought that has that same scent but they don’t carry it anymore. And I don’t know if this is everywhere else in the world but this is driving me crazy. it’s almost making me angry at the company for not allowing me to have the fragrance that so affects me. Anyone out there in the world have the situation but me.😬

The reaction you are describing to the Maybelline lifter plumps is a strong allergic response and could even be a mild anaphylactic reaction. Allergic reactions often get much worse with further exposure so please don’t be tempted to try them again. It sounds really quite serious. Have a look at the ingredients so that you can isolate them. Scary!

I've tried a lot of products from elf. Their halo glow, cc cream, putty primer, gripping primer, concealers, lip products and they've either broken me out badly or made my eyes stream. No other brand does this to me so I stay well clear of all their products now!

As someone who is allergic to chillies and peppers the reaction you had to the Maybelline glosses is identical to the reactions I get if I eat anything with chillies or peppers in it! I used to have adrenaline inhalers but they had to be sent over from the US which was a pain. Nowadays I've got used to reading ingredients lists and I stay away from processed food though it's still a pain when I go out to eat in restaurants etc.. If anyone else has a reaction like that please note that this type of reaction can gradually get worse with repeated exposure so you can become more sensitive to those ingredients which could over time make you more sensitive to chillies etc in for example food as well. It is also possible to have fluctuating intolerances so you might get one level of reaction the first time and you think " Well it wasn't too bad, I'll give it another try" and then you might have an even bigger reaction the next time! Thank you Gemma for warning us! In my own case being warned about this saves me a trip to A&E! Xx

Oh, baby did I fall for the Elf lash extender. Loved the lash and roll, but this mascara was gummy going on, crispy, didn’t separate and harder to take off. A big fail for me too!

Thank you for views on the Santal deodorant! It's literally advertised everywhere. What's the smell actually like is it nice? Because they also do a shower gel and other products in the scent, so if the scent was lovely there are other products you can get in order to enjoy it.

I've had that happen to me several times regarding ingredients lists differing depending on where you look. It's happened with hair care products, skin care products, and makeup. I've learned the ingredients on the packaging are correct. If the ingredients on the websites are different, it's just human error, but they should remove it as soon as they know. I just ordered the Matrix hair oil in the green bottle from Ulta and when I read the back of the box, it's a totally different ingredients list than the list on the Ulta app. It's so annoying!

I'm guessing online they've just mixed up the lists between the different countries, as the regulations are different so the ingredients would be too. I'd definitely go by what's on the box since that would have been made and printed in the same factory.

I'm guessing it's down to a particular customer service representative,who perhaps doesn't want to get in trouble by saying the wrong thing 🤷🏼‍♀️ that would be my guess,but of course we won't know for sure :/

Mascara applicator wands are a biggie for me. The Beauty Pie tubing mascara I would REALLY love, but the wand - just why? If it were a nice cone shape I’d be buying that all year long for every day wear, but it’s so strange I just can’t work it out. Same with the 2 Faced Better Than Sex which is a shame

I just couldn’t get the Telescopic Mascara work for me. My lashes got super clumpy and smudged. Not a fan whatsoever. I love the L’Oréal Million Lashes mascara - it’s very underrated imo.
