I grew up watching the OG gang in the original show as a child in 1989 and Principal Toddman did not exist in the original scenes. That retconned is silly. The Toddman head CGI in scenes look fake. Glad to see Lark as Lisa again!

In my personal opinion having Toddman being there the whole time just didn't work at all to me. Having him stop the fight between Zack, Kelly, Slater and Jessie just wasn't really organic and seemed forced to me. All because they didn't remember him? I'm sorry but that just doesn't work. What could have made this scene better and more true to the characters is if they got Mr. Belding to come back and mediate the situation. He is the only one that could talk sense into the four and really make it hit home. Plus the reason why Zack and Slater don't talk anymore, I think they could have done way better for the reason why.

Actually she was kind of. Yes she was absent for the dream episode that focused on the band and where they sang " Friends Forever ", but she WAS part of Zack Attack in the episode where Zack and Kelly broke up. Jessie and Slater even sang a duet of "How Am I Supposed To Live Without You" during the break up scene. Ironically though there was no mention of Kelly being part of the band in THAT episode despite being present.
