The Texaco fire helmet you found is battery operated and has a speaker in the frontand you push a button or something to make it talk to sound as if a fire chief is giving orders to his crew, I remember my cousin having one when I was very young, late 60's early 70's toy , keep up the adventures, love the history in all of them 😀

I was showing someone your videos and he said you basically are a clearinghouse for old model cars and trucks as well as operating a junkyard and auto recycling center. He couldn't believe the variety of vehicles that you were finding and wished he had the money to buy and restore some of those cars. If I ever win the lottery I'm coming out to your place and get me a couple of old pickups.

The old Mercury that you have in that building? My sister had a red one and I’ve got to tell you that it was the best riding car I ever drove! It was perfect. Trannie did slip, re took it to the sellers garage that sold it to her and said fix it. A week later he says it’s all fixed!!! It wasn’t. I fixed her a 56 Ford and traded the Mercury in with a friend. That was a beautiful car. Don’t I wish!!!! 🤔👍👍

Silas, I am being serious as a heart attack! Those large plastic totes that folks get all the time might just hold that kind of acid from those huge batteries.... whats on my mind is ... would some chemical place buy that stuff to use for cleaning gold? They use it in the large mines here in alaska. The tanks are kinda like a large centrifuge and hold about a hundred thousand gallons of this acid that they mix with sea water to extract gold from the sea water. It has a huge recovery.... my oldest boy is a supervisor on pogo mines. I ain't sure of nothing so don't quote me, ... I am almost certain they are the largest here in alaska in their style of recovery mining... They mine tons of minerals and if I was to say how much was gold, you would laugh, call me a liar for sure. You can just go ahead and try guessing, I can't say if your right or not for one big reason, I just don't know that answer. I did see a picture once, its a classified picture and lets say, it exceeded my imagination by a whopping huge amount! From what I saw, It would almost seem like with no slow down in sight, they could make gold almost worthless as there is so much of it.... like truck loads of this stuff an since gold is not feathers, we are talking a huge amount of shipping. Use this in your imagination... say that nice dodge truck you drive...??? imagine it made out of solid gold and they get that amount out of seawater... which when done, is a potable drinking water.... Not all sea water contains gold in that amount... what was said was that no matter what, all sea water does contain some gold as a trace mineral. Where they are at, a location not given to anyone, has a high content. What is nice is, not any of the water is bad like in olden days where they used chemical tanks and water to remove stuff and it ruined that water for ever being good for anything. This is a way to furnish water for the world to drink. Enough on this, glad to see those buildings see a future again. I do see your point in you could build more usable space in a month than what your ever going to get out of those old buildings and even then, its still a old building. I just kind of hate to see so much stuff get pushed to the ground. Take that school building where the impala came from..... couldn't they knock it down and recover a lot of bricks for something? Those bricks look like the ones used in the streets in Bellingham washington state. I drove on some of those highways up there when I went for my physical for the service back in 66. It only had a sprinkle of water on them from the rain an it was slick as ice.

What is that blower off from, about 8:36 You probably hit the jackpot in the back of that truck with the toys. I know those Texaco helmets sell good just at local auctions. That trike at 16:39 has a gas motor like RC planes use, it's probably an easy $100 piece. I see a vintage Barbie dream house on top of a box at 17:27, I don't do Barbie but I see it a lot - never seen that one. And who knows what's inside it. You might have to spend a little time gently cleaning the stuff, but it probably is worth the time. I wouldn't be shocked if there's more like $500-$1000 in it. 60s toys are usually good money unless they're silly common. But one good Hot Wheels Redline can easily be $100. I would just paint a couple of vintage cars in silhouette with wreck damage and "I buy old cars" with a phone number or what have you. Three lines about the same size, maybe red on yellow. Put that on a board or a big piece of tin and hang it on there.
