@@HollowedJedi it actually ended up being my laptop and not the capture card. In the bottom right of obs the gpu would go up to a certain point and it the video would freeze but I still got audio. I was reading up on it because my laptop was old and weak it couldn't handle it. I picked up a new one on black Friday I've done 8 videos on ori so far no problems.
