So, I can work 1 hour at my job for the money to buy stock ones, or spend half a weekend in the garage hacking up the Jeep ones. Oh, but first I need $650,000 to buy a house with a garage. I'mma go with stock. But if land is cheap and you have lots of spare time, this is a cool approach.
