This is a great product - easy to use, form and clean up. Except for its price, which is pretty expensive, it is a great solution to many problems that the average home owner encounters. This is my second year and my fourth project with this product and I will keep using it.

A professional would replace the damaged wood with new wood, it is a pity that the plastic advertiser smears the fine window with plastic.

that much caulk over time isn't going to hold that joint. I would have gone with a wood filler or putty and sanded it down.

It is not caulk. It is epoxy. Big difference.
