I've been to Santa Maria Assunta. The mosaic on the west wall is amazing. I want to go back and stay at the little hotel/restaurant near the church. Hemingway used to stay there.

I think that there is only one solution. Floating buildings on pontons dugged and build under the buildings. It's only a research and investment problem.
