You should take the Ara-Kara Sacbrood trinket. Even after the nerfs it is still considered one of the best trinkets not to mention the static haste on it which we paladins will eat as much haste as is given to us, but the haste is even more important now at the beginning of the expansion seeing as to how our haste is ass.

You got nothing to potentially throw on the catalyst from vault, so Transmitter is probably your best choice. Sacbrood is still good despite the nerf, it's also passive so you don't need to activate it or perform any of the tasks that Transmitter has you do. But man, 13k strength for the first 15 seconds of the pull on top of wings / potion and potentially Power Infusion seems like it'd be nuts. Would definitely blast on any particularly short fight as well.

sac did get nerfed but I'm sure it's still strong, since you don't have a giant upgrade i'd wait a few days for fresh bloodmallet data and pick then

Honestly, it's probably the champion track Sacbrood. Transmitter is kinda beans for ret. You wanna run sac as your passive trinket then mark of khardros (grim batol), or Skarmorak shard (stonevault), or Mad Queen's Mandate (Queen Ansurek).

im rocking the Veteran version of the Transmitter, and is not bad, top damage in any content i go (606 ilvl retry), but the boots Black Bulwark looks the best, The other trinket from Ara-Kara could be farm in champion with mythic +2

For gear, SIM IT. For Mplus. Try out Templar. Its got big burst, and Empyrean Hammers isn't as great at consistent damage as Dawnlight, but its nothing scoff at either.

I would take 1st Trinket or the 610 boots (since u can also upgrade them to 619 & they have better stats). Ara-Kara is only champions ilvl - so not really worth it... :/
