No... all meta defining classes right now have broken skill less cards that define them. Zoo- Imp Gang, Power Overwhelming, Darkshire Tempo Mage- Flamewaker spell spam Shaman- Flamewreathed Faceless and 0 mana 5/5 taunt (forgot name) Druid- Yogg spell spam, Fandral, Warden Warrior- Random BS Charge Otk or Simply having infinite life The top 5 decks in the meta all have ridiculously broken cards that make each viable. Even with Call Hunter is tied with paladin for the third least viable deck. It's how the game works..

Then stop playing a greedy-ass slow deck. Control decks as you see in HS are far too greedy and as such will never be properly balanced. It doesn't support Blizzard's creative direction and there will never be a meta in which a control deck dominates, only some ridiculous uninteractive combo deck or a deck designed to kill control decks before they can do anything. Control is the reason Face Hunter, Face Shaman, Zoolock, Patron Warrior, Oil Rogue and Yogg decks exist(ed). A deck having a near-infinite health pool or ridiculous board control means the decks that counter it must be extreme in the things it can't deal with: ridiculous onslaughts of aggression or a combo that kills you with no chance to fight back. Any time Control becomes a top deck a hyper-aggro deck will rise in prominence or a combo deck will appear that gets slammed as boring, uninteractive and a "game-ruiner". By design. BenderUnit22x Ahem Tirion costs 8 mana. Arcanite reaper is a 5/2 weapon which costs 5 mana. Lord of the arena is a 6/5 with taunt that costs 6 mana. Divine shield costs 1 mana. 8 mana card with 13 mana+ worth of stats.

There is no reason for a legendary to be overpowered. It just needs to be a cool good card like all the others. An prrrrrrobbbbably a little little bit +0,1 power since you can only put one in your deck. But that's it. Tirion is way too op for the mana cost.
