This recipe for simple meatballs (Transylvanian style) is learned from my mother. We use minced pork, with some fat, to get tender and juicy meatballs, well seasoned and garlicky. It's not wrong if you make beef-pork mixes or if you choose poultry (you have to mince the skin to get some fat!), but minced pork makes fluffy meatballs that stay tender the next day!

From the same composition, we made 3 types of meatballs: classic (in a pan), oven-baked meatballs and mini appetizer meatballs (small, called "bullets"), shaped with the posh. All 3 versions are super tasty and worth a try!
