Tom, a trick I once read about, said to add 1 tablespoon of water per egg for fluffier scrambled eggs. It really works, and I won’t fix eggs without it anymore. Wishing y’all a safe trip home.❤️

If you have never tried cornmeal, sausage, cheese muffins .... you should try them. I use a box of Jiffy mix & follow directions on box for muffins. Add sausage & cheese to batter. Bake in muffin tin. Delicious. Also, diced ham & swiss cheese is great alternative . Thanks for todays video.

Just found your channel. Those muffins look so good. I can't believe anyone would complain about these. The whole idea is getting the basic idea and then tweaking the recipe the way you'd want to try it. I always make the recipe the way it was shown, then take it from there to put my twist on it. If you spray a little Pam or olive oil spray on your meat masher the sausage or hamburger won’t stick to it as much!! Hope that helps?!! 😊😊😊

I made these muffins last night. I have never liked to eat eggs, but I only scrambled 4 eggs and added more cheese. I forgot to put the cheese on top, but I will be making these over and over again!. I couldn't find the eggs! Wow!

Being diabetic, I make breakfast egg cups by putting an unbeaten large egg in each sprayed muffin cup (12 to a tin), adding cooked HOT sausage and sharp cheddar cheese, then baking 350º until the eggs are done (I like mine a little soft but the family likes their well cooked). Saves me so many carbs so I take less insulin. I wish I could eat yours, as I LOVE pancakes but cannot eat them anymore unless I have only one--and no syrup! Both our recipes travel well. I suspect the taste is a great deal similar. Love your channel, and I've adapted many recipes to make them usable to me.

Sugar Free syrups are about the best tasting sugar free items out there. There are also recipes for low or no carb pancakes on the internet. Google and enjoy!

We are good but at the time we made the video we were both fighting allergies. The pollen count was high for our final days in Florida. I sounded really "stuffy" at the time we made these muffins. Plus, it was morning and some of our housemates are night owls and then sleep late. So, we were trying not to be too loud.
