Buona Domenica Ladies. 👋🙌🥰. Funny how these little guys are just sooo delicious. 😋 And we make them different way. But end result is phenomenal ❤🍆. What we do is score and remove the inside. Blanch them in water for a few minutes. Like a meatball. But. The meat is then not cooked but traditionally made with parsley egg the inside of the eggplant and either or parmesan or mozzarella. ❤❤❤. Then baked with sugo. 🧑🍳👩🍳. Any sounds delicious!!! Great way to make your version is 👍 great 👌👌👌🙌🙏
