Amazing recipes ❤ thank you…very helpful as always. 😊 Just wanted to know that if u airfry the meatballs are they soft or they get a little hard and dry? Sharing what I do in case it is helpful for anyone. I steam the meatballs , cool them and then freeze them. Whenever u need it you can just pan fry them with a teaspoon of oil. You can use them for sandwiches, pulao, meat ball gravies, side dishes etc.

Thank you! I freeze raw meatballs. Whenever I need it I air-fry it for 20 minutes and it turns out super juicy.

Hi I bought thighs of al youm for making burger patties I used to buy breast and make nuggets and patties.. and i have felt its harder than the ones we buy from store,... If u can please let me know how u clean and mince the thighs... I felt like after removing skin and deboning it raw there wasnt much flesh.. maybe if im doing it wrong.. can u please tell me how u do the same? 😊 Jazak allah khair for all the recipes, videos and inspiration ❤

Hello, I buy boneless chicken thighs by Al youm. Removing bones would be too tough and yes it will be difficult to get much meat. Check out boneless skinless ones, that is so convenient to use and the meat turns out soft after cooking. Hope this helped♥️
