Cut part way through a piece of wood with almost any saw blade and observe that the bottom of the kerf is V shaped. Every blade I’ve ever owned at least. So I don’t think that best practices is to grind all of the teeth perpendicular.

To cut the kerf angle just set the table tilt to the angle and grind every other one then reset the angle and grind the remander
