We sharpen dozens of chains a week and have 3 grinders set up. If we changed every angle for every type of chain we'd never get anything done. We have one grinder setup for .325 and 3/8 chain with the 3/16 wheel and one for 3/8 lo pro chain with 1/8 wheel and one for rakers w/ the 1/4 wheel. We do 30 degrees for semi chisel and 25 for chisel chain that's all we mess with.

That's awesome. I now have 2 grinders setup, one for cutters and one for rakers. Definitely sped up my process. Do you clean the chains that come in? I currently do them in a parts washer but it's a time suck that I think a lot of guys pass on.
