When you mill a 2 1/2 board how do stop it from twisting or cupping when drying

I enjoy the scenery up there, but watching you make more work for yourself by tossing tools on the ground, in your way, and then covering the with slabs really makes me groan. I spent too many years in construction trades to tolerate unsafe working conditions. But I watch and moan hoping you'll get smarter.

Luv your handy work but you scare me ! all those loose boards or logs off cuts laying around are a recipe for an accident, you may wanna clean up around you, just saying hate to see you or anyone operating a dangerous equipment like a sawmill get injured .
