Sawdust briquette machine is an important machine to make pini kay (biomass briquettes) in the charcoal production line.
The raw materials like wood chips, branches, rice husk, coconut shell, peanut shell, palm kernel shell, bamboo chips, straw, corn stem, and other biomass materials can be processed into pini kay by the sawdust briquette machine.
But these materials should be crushed with a diameter less than 5mm by the crusher and dried with moisture less than 10% before briquetting by the dryer machine.
Sawdust briquette machine is composed of the inlet, outlet, motor, electrical cabinet, heating ring, screw propeller, and the related mold. Among these parts, the mold can be changed with different shapes to make the pini kay with central holes.
The common shape is round, square, and hexagonal, we can also customize the shape according to customer’s requirements.
When this machine is working, under the driving of the motor, the inner screw propeller will push the materials into the molding tube smoothly with high temperature and high pressure, and the finished pini kay can be produced out at a steady speed.
The spare parts are made of wear-resistant materials in the sawdust briquette machine so that it has high working efficiency and long service life.
