Sawdust Pie

Don't let the name fool you, this pie is anything but bland. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
Recipe:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Ingredients
9" deep dish pie crust
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts or pecans
1 1/2 cups shredded coconut (I use sweetened)
1 1/2 graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup egg whites
Mix dry ingredients together, then add egg whites and mix well. Bake 45-55 minutes in a 350° oven.
