I love your sense of humor and natural way that you talk to your viewers. Plus, your instructions are clear. Thanks. I just found a gift for my cousins, although they are all only in high school! Not my problem. Actually, my cousins are all grown adults!

Really awesome looking bottle opener! I love the contrast between the two woods. I'm going to make a few now out if the "scrap" babinga & oak I have around the shop. I wanted to ask you if you happen to have a template or you just kinda played it by ear? Thanks!
@SawDustMakerRJM8 жыл бұрын
Janie, I did not have a template for the bottle opener but I had an idea in my head on how I wanted it and then winged from there.

Why not use a cabinet scraper as that will give a fine finish and minimises sanding, all mine have been made by using hand tools, such as a spokes have a good project. I have made some bottle openers a little tip I have used is to apply glue to the magnet and use a screw to place it in the hole, I also use a penny coin instead of a washer, which you could personalise with the birth year if making it as a gift.

Nicely done. I think bottle opener projects are "required" for KZbin woodworkers. Did the KZbin Woodworking Committee contact you about your required bottle opener project? lol just kidding.... Thanks for the video.

KSFWG No but the table saw sled committie did contact me. I told then was not planning on making a video on a table saw sled, lol.
