If you’re looking for a big-kid crate for Maple, I travel a lot for dog sports with my dogs and I have them in the back of my crew cab truck. Highly recommend the Ruffland and Dakota kennels, or the Gunners, they come in great colours, have some element of crash testing, and they usually fit right in the back seat of a crew cab! Crates in the car keep the mess contained after a dog has been out adventuring, but also keep you and the dog safe in the event of a crash.

If you got maple from a breeder you did not adopt her you bought her. Please please please choose your words carefully because there’s a big difference between buying and adopting. And this also may be a case of she’s fostering puppies then it is an adoption. But you need to specify
