I have seen many of your videos. You are very relaxed while playing and rarely make a mistake ? How do you manage it ? I always tend to get nervous before an audience and make mistakes even though I know the song well. Any tips ? Thanks.

Just knowing the song well will not give confidence to perform . You can play freely only when you know the Notations of a given song thoroughly byheart.

sir , what sax to buy for a beginner ie alto sax , ?

Dont buy Indian sax which costs around 8k. Buy chinese sax either pluto or jinboa which will be approx 27k. If you have a better budjet buy jupiter JAS567 (Approx 85k) and if you have a much better budjet go for Yamaha sax any model which will be more than 1 lakh.

thanks you sir, as a policy i dont buy chinese junk as far as possible .Please tell me if jupiter is chinese. Budget no problem. does the yamaha sound better or are we paying for the name. what are the key in which the altosax is tuned to.Are there alto sax in diff keys. what are the mouth piece specifications to order.

Jupiter JAS567 is not chinese and is equivalent to yamaha for which we will be paying higher becoz of the brand name. The sax whether jupiter or yamaha comes with the correct mouthpiece when you buy it. Alto sax comes in Eb key. For further clarifications, you can call or msg me on 09243104505

Yamaha 4c or 3c. Sometimes jupiter mouthpiece.

irfan ul haq No sir you are not wrong. Its F for only the alto sax but actually Ab for all other instruments. Its better to know the scales and notes in this manner as its more useful when you play in a group.

Prasanna SJ sir when you tell about any scales so plz mention the concert scale it is good for us.i am a new saxophone student so plz don,t mind because i don,t know about all scales minor and melodics otherwise you r not a good saxophonist,because you r a very very very good saxophonist.i am from pakistan and i am doing my job in uae i i love the sax.i don,t have saxophone i am learnig from my friend.inshaallah i will buy saxophone after one year because i have no budget.so thanks you very much for you time sir.god bless you
