Ah bless you! Very kind of you to say so! We are really trying to build and contribute to the fantastic football shirt community! For your Citeh shirt, it's key to find the right solvent to disperse the smear mark, before you then apply the soap. Depending on how extensive the smear marks are, try a bit of VLR on a small area first, if it disperses the smear then go with VLR, if not try acetone.
