I love your videos because they are simple, real and educational. I have health issues, my hair was so full and healthy and then….my hair started to shed and fall out everywhere! So I will be trying this. Thank you so much for the work you do to get this info out to us.

This video was awesome. I love how you care for your hair 😊 I have been using my herbs again and I'm starting to see a difference. I would like to see a video on how you style your hair doing the loc method. Peace and blessings to you😊

Thank you so much for watching and for your lovely comment - I really appreciate it. I'm glad you're noticing the benefits of using herbs. That is a GREAT video request, thank you so much. I filmed one but it didn't come out that good so I'll film another much better one lol. It will be very detailed as I've finally mastered the LOC method using all natural homemade ingredients and it makes for an amazing twist/braid out. I'll share that video once edited. Thanx again for recommending. Peace and blessings sis❣

Hi there, thank you for watching and commenting. I think that's a great idea to incorporate coconut cream/milk into this recipe. I will give that a try also. Thanx again x

New subbie here. Since this is a strengthening conditioner is it safe to use on a weekly basis? I am an older woman and find that my gray hair is dry and breaks easily. I used to use Ayurvedic herbs but was not consistent. Your videos have encouraged me to give them a try once again. I love fenugreek but not sure if that is safe to use on a weekly basis. Your hair looks so good!

Thank you so much for watching and supporting my channel. I truly appreciate it. I personally don't use this strengthening conditioner on a weekly basis, I use it every 3-4 weeks depending on my hair needs. Definitely give this recipe a try, it really does help with breakage issues but be sure to add in some moisturising ingredients to balance out the strength as I've shown in this video. I really hope it helps you on your hair care journey. I love fenugreek also. I use this every other day as a hair tea on my scalp - it helped to grow back my edges. I'll be uploading a video on fenugreek soon. Hopefully it will help. Thanx again for your support xx

Nice! Such a notable difference 😮Thanks for sharing. I use all ... once a month except for Cassia. Never tried. I use Henna with aloevera, fenugreek, and amla. And switch as per hair needs, but not often enough. I should try a weekly routine for maximum results. Keep the videos coming. On another note... are you coming out with another fitness video? Missing those. 😅❤

Thank you for watching and commenting - I appreciate you supporting my channel xx I also LOVE using henna with aloe and amla. I haven't tried it with fenugreek yet. I'll give that a try based off of your recommendation😉 Oh and YESSSSS sis lol. I'm in the process of filming lots of content in the gym. I can't wait to edit and upload them - hopefully you will enjoy them. Thank you for asking about that☺ Blessings❣❣

Cassia is called neutral henna. Henna is stronger and has a lasting effect due to the lawson dye.

Where did you buy all these herbs from? Same shop? I'm in the UK too. Thank you 😊
@MindfullyRootedАй бұрын
Thanx for watching!! I purchased every herb from Amazon hun. If you're going to do the same please be sure to make sure that the herbs you buy are organic. I've found the herbs I've purchased off Amazon have worked wonders on my hair. Oh and I purchase them from different shops - I don't mind the brand too much just as long as the herbs are organic and get good reviews. Hope this helps - let me know if you have any other questions❣

Have you let the hair dry like that?
@MindfullyRootedАй бұрын
When I apply the conditioner, I place my hair into a plastic cap to keep the moisture in. If it dries in the hair it can cause breakage so my preference is to keep it in a cap. Hope this answers your question x
@cassyj3183Ай бұрын
can you do this weekly?
@MindfullyRootedАй бұрын
I personally wouldn't apply this weekly as it's quite strengthening. I like to do this usually about every 3/4 weeks. I alternate my conditioning treatments depending on my hair needs at the time. I have a video tutorial here on my channel detailing my moisturising conditioning treatment which I use usually every 2/3 weeks. Hope this helps. Many thanx for watching🥰
