Her passive wouldnt strip buff turn 1 before she take a turn , at it activate after she attack a buffed unit , so if the target have imunity , she cant bomb turn 1 , she get countered and die If you strip first the imunity , you will probably also strip other buffs such as shields , preventing the passive to work cause no buffs on target If you somehow find an opener that only reduce buff duration by 1 then it would work , but the amount of unit that does this is hard to find And even in that case , you will (if lucky) kill 1 unit , the cleanser will remove all other bombs and kill flan , so you would have lost 2 unit to kill 1 (if lucky) If her passive was trigering on the hit and not after the hit , and if it was only reducing turn duration by 1 and not striping debuffs , then yes she would have been usable , not great but at least good in gw If her passive could be activated before she take her turn , she would have been usable If soulburning her s1 mean ignore er , then yes she would have been usable Ieast she didnt lose aditional turn but kept the def break then this would have been a change , still not a buff cause of the passive nerf Right now her only counters are mainly passive , countered by luna , but luna anti buff , so the chanhed flan wouldnt work anymore , right now she does and climb arena easely no matter what you fight Changed one In best case scenario , you fight buffed unit that doesnt have imunity/passive to counter her , you manage to not get outspeed , not get countered , not get crit and kill 1 unit...thats a lot of rng requierement just to kill 1 unit , the target would probably focus you to death and you wont kill a second one Right now you can kill the whole team , turn 1 she can s3s1s1s1s3 , it might be what some ppls call a niche case , personaly , i dont see any counters , and any way a ban would prevent the team to work outside of my opener geting outspeed , and when you first pick zio , most ppls dont try to outspeed Even without many soulburns , just 1 , since you need 100% , well you s1 once , def break and kill a unit , right now you can bomb twice , dealing twice dmg instead , reducing your s3 cooldown , and with 2 bombs , the target is basicaly dead The changed flan was seems to be focused on bruisers but rng , while the 30% dmg reduction would definitly secure the 2nd turn , so the change would have been possible in a bruiser play if the 30% dmg reduction didnt get removed This was just a hidden nerf to prevent her to be used with luna/frida , cause thoses 3 together counter the whole meta And if you’re going to complain that its cause of ppls complained about the change , well first , theres less ppls that wanted the change , check the patch , outside of a spamer , theres 6 page about ppls liking the cancel , and around 2 that want the change But also , if you think only pro players should choose what is fine and what isnt , then thoses players didnt had problems with elvira pre nerf , but most ppls complained about it cause they couldnt understand how to fight her , not pro one that know how to fight her and make the team useless I wasnt happy about elvira nerf since she was the first anti rng unit , i wasnt happy about the imprint buff cancel cause as a 5 years player i get bored to see new one geting higher stats in 1 year , but they still did it cause many ppls monkeys complained Basicaly , the highest number of ppls win , thats all

When anyone soulburn, Aoe dispell enemy then Aoe nuke + Aoe block (Block is Birgitta debuff) S3 : remove injuries from self, AoE nuke, ignore sharing and mitigation It's funny that she has the same stat as moona and both kinda kill each other, if moona goes first, harsetti passive gone but she can still nuke, if harsetti goes first, moona team will be crippled as hell from that block Even worst.... Harsetti + moona is dumb, Aoe block mean enemy can't aoe cleanse, block only allow cleanse for the user mean your handguy, your laia, your Emynav and whatever cleanser can't cleanse their allies Seals from moona..... It's big RIP
