Everyone being the exact same speed means units like Candy, Empyrean, and AOL absolutely *dominate* because they're going to be hard lapping everyone with how much CR push they'll have. Candy's CR push was literally designed so that she kept up with higher speed units, making everyone the same speed as her completely throws that out the window and just makes her have extremely overkill CR, when her CR push was already overkill considering the rest of her kit.

This unit is really interesting to theory craft because it will come down to a speed race once again. The slow builds are dependant on the opponent not having a harsetti themselves(mirrors exist in flag arena, GW, etc.) Otherwise if theirs take a turn first while you’re toes tapping banana grin thinking your Harsetti is gonna kneecap them at 140 speed and everything comes down to RNG doesn’t really work since theirs will take a turn first and activate the passive, then their openers bridge and cleave you to oblivion anyway. Probably permanently banned in RTA just to save brain cells so idk, at the end of the day speed gear still reigns supreme.

Constant buffs and power creep ruins games, and im not sure how the devs havent caught onto this yet. Nerfing is an integral part of making great game balance, but until they realize that, this game is only going to go downhill. The anniversary rewards and constant events are the only thing bringing players back, imo.

I think she might be coded wrong right now as of this video, her passive doesn't work how leo from sw passive works. leo does the same thing where he limits the speed but the turn order after him is based off of the original speed. (for example, a ran that will take turn 1 without her will take the second turn, followed by the rest of the turn order) the one in this video seems to leave turn order to a speed rng dice roll (haste going before the cidd in the first battle)

Yep Zio will still move first In fact using harsetti against Zio will be bad for harsetti team, since everyone has the same speed, anyone that has CR push that can be combo with Zio will make Zio team always move first Ml Roana, Frida, jacko, ml Ludwig, etc. They will always cut if you use Zio against harsetti. It's really like chess, picking harsetti early on will be bad for your team

A 310 speed Ran will still likely move first, which allows for follow-up like ML Ludwig, Cdom, JackO, Alena, etc. The people that are gonna use her are likely to either ban or pick: Zio, Politis, Ayufine, so your room for CR Contesting is quite limited. And as for seals… you still gotta outspeed that enemy opener, so it be as speed RNG or actual speed, you gotta outspeed. As for counters, you’re better off gambling with Adin and Edward, either that or speed contesting and winning the follow-up.
