I don't understand about keyboard mode. As far, as I understand, there are 8 cv outs. But where are gate outs? What if I want to use Tetrapad with envelopes molules, where I can take gates to send to?

7 and 8 act as a Trig and Gate output, so you could send either one of those to trigger an envelope to control a VCA, Filter, or whatever. The Keyboard Mode video gets into more depth with that mode: kzbin.info/www/bejne/o6KpmqGEbsR8mac

On its own, no. However, there is an upcoming expander module that will add recording capabilities in the works!

No, it's just a controller. You will still need oscillators or some sound source to produce the sounds.
