Still a bug to farm the red border on this. If you have a charcter that hasn't done the dares quest, do the first step and run the dares, when you return to xur for the completion, you will speak to him, and then hit the chest and it will drop the bxr. After you talk to xur, abandon the quest. Then every time you hit the chest, it will only drop the bxr! Run out of currency for chest, grind more, grab quest, rinse and repeat 👍

I focused on Dares to get enough red borders to craft, but for PvE. Arrowhead / Ricochet / Demo / Incandescent. 10/10 would recommend.

Fun fact, if you use Brutal Execution rounds on this thing and get a powered melee kill, you can one burst. The timing for it is a pain, but it's doable
