There are many reasons why someone doesn't get healed. The main one being is that person is walking in bitterness and unforgiveness. Once they repent they usually get healed. When I first came to the Lord I struggled with the very same question. Sometimes it can be a curse over someone's life and that has to be repented and broken off before healing comes.
