Been a few years since we last visited Guy's Kitchen & Bar. We really liked the mac & cheese cheeseburger, good to see it's still Flavortown worthy! And yes, Guy's burgers on Carnival is the best!

I appreciate your candor in what is good or not so terrific. Ordering 4 food items, could you sometimes please do a non four footer? A little variety? Three visits - I've tried the lobster lollipops at that restaurant. (Very good. Snack size but beautifully presented.) The inedible lobster tacos consisted of gooey fishy paste overwhelmed by hot sauce. Sandwich desert was delicious, enough for 4 to share. Wings were good. Thank you very much for the food video!

Liked this “Food Video”! It seems like the sandwiches had more bread compared to the meat and for the price seems like there are better options on the strip. Not saying I wouldn’t try it but not my first option. Thank you as always for sharing your view.🤩

Ramsey's is so much better then Guys. I've had almost every celebrity chef burger on the strip and Ramsey's is the best I've had(celebrity or otherwise) 😉

God Vegas has changed so much. The thing that used to be so great about Vegas was everything other then the gambling used to be dirt cheap because they wanted to suck you in and get you hooked into the gambling. If you could control your gambling, it was great cheap vacation. 5 American dollars for a fountain soda??? I realize it's not McDonalds, but 25 American bucks for a hamburger?? Just for the burger and fries, after tip this would = $45.00 CAD. That's insane.

I think you will find with inflation, the costs for these restaurants on food also went up. What I have noticed is that the reason why the food may not taste exactly the same anymore is because they are using less expensive ingredients. And one of my favorite Szechuan restaurants here I could absolutely tell just by looking that the ingredients we're not the same. That's one reason why here in my town I don't eat out as much as I used to, I prefer my own cooking actually.

Tried Guy Fieri’s twice in Las Vegas. I really wanted to like it but both times the food wasn’t that appealing. The Bloody Mary’s were very good however, but when I go to Las Vegas I want something that is better then what I can get at home. It just didn’t WOW me.

I had the pulled pork too and thought it was pretty good, not the best. The mixed fries are a cool twist. I also liked the trash can nachos, but felt like they got soggy real quick because of too much cheese sauce. I love to dip things, but have never combined the dips. Maybe next time. I found the portions pretty big, did you really finish all that food?!

I wasn't impressed with Guy's restaurant at Foxwoods casino in Connecticut it wasn't awful but it wasn't great and there are better options. There is no way you would get me to eat those nachos, that looked disgusting! Lol that pretzel bun for pulled pork is a great idea! Next time I smoke a pork loin I think I and going to steal that idea! I do use more sauce than what was on yours but that's just my preference, if I am feeding a crowd I go light and have a bowl of extra sauce next to it I make homemade BBQ sauce for pulled pork just like Grandma's it's on the sweet and sassy side and some people just don't want that much sweetness.

I might have had an off day but the nachos were not good. The pork was dried out and they put a ton of bbq sauce on it. It would have been much better if they removed the sauce. Nacho Daddy’s is much better.

My experience with Guy Fieri's restaurants is that, while the food is very purposefully "junky", the ingredients are quality. Buns, chips, fries- components like that are never stale. Unexpectedly good for salads- they're abundant, satisfying, and fresh too.

I have eaten here so many times. Pre-covid was way better. (They used to put their homemade sausage on their bloody marys. Now, it is a sliced sausage...and definitely NOT the same.) I hate their dumbed down menu. I love love love their poppers....& their Mac n cheese burger. Honestly, I may go back, but would rather eat at Gordon Ramsay's Burgers. 🙊🙉🙈
