Jon, first of all - excellent vlog as always, I enjoy every single one of these. Secondly, a note about the morning workout, I would advise against doing sit ups (dangerous for the back), do planks/side-planks instead. Keep on spreading the good vibes!

I did sit ups when i was younger and due to most likely improper techniques it has done quite some damage on my back. Planks are definitely the way to go unless you want to have back pain later on.

Probably hasn't had opportunity to film anything like that before with the RED. Takes experience to know what settings to use. Not sure they had a proper lens available for the situation either, they use it for vlogging not long range/landscape shots.
