Congratulations dear. Glad You and your family are doing great especially in this Corona pandemic. Regarding your locs, do you sis! Life is a journey, nothing is permanent, even our hair! Currently i have 350 micro locs, I'm in my 40s. But when i hit my 50s I'll combine them also.

I’m only 6 months in and I want to combine already. I would love to see this process from you. Also... your thoughts of combining locs at my current stage of 6 months...? I take care of them myself, so not sure if it’s better to do now or wait til they mature. My hair is 3b/c texture so my curls are still at the bottom, and I can see it’s going to take a while to loc completely.

congrats on your Baby Boy. I follow Lavenia Loving Life. She combined her SL herself and they are gorgeous. She made it look easy. I would love to combine mine down the road and be able to go to a regular loctican for interlocking. I am still thinking it over. I, like you am not caught up into the grid. probably the only thing that has stopped me is the chance of my locs looking spacey combined, as my hair is fine. Locs really are a Journey.

Girl, do you. In the 19 years since I started my original locks I’ve been through ALL loc/hair transitions. After 13 years of having traditional locs I combed them completely out in 2016. Since 2016 I’m shaved my head bald->started traditional-> combed them out and started small Locs-> combed those out then on 7/1/20 I Finally started my faux Sisterlocks journey. Do you. Live and personal growth is all about trials and errors ❤️
