With each phonecall, Luna seems to understand more. She probably knows her owner's human family already. The rest is simply word association. "Dog Park", "Car", "Mom" and "Treats" followed by actions of her owner by first going for a ride in his car and then arriving at the dog park where she gets to meet with other dogs she play with and apparently this other person called "Mom" whom she sees he loves will also be there. His Mom probably loves Luna too and gives her delicious snacks or lovely toys, so she's naturally happy that this is happening. Luna will eventually learn and understand more words when he adds to her vocabulary simply by talking and adding actions and reaktions.
