The truth is Hajjat came to Ruth' bench after sensing manipulative deals on her case which was an indicator of injustice. If Ruth had recorded both sides and published them at once I believe things would be different now. Hajji' s said felt the pressure after realising that the main witness was Hajji' s own daughter who was later manipulated by the Ssenga to turn everything. I still believe that girl was never slapped by Hajjat to force her accuse the father. She was the raw and real witness in this case with evidence unfortunately they turned everything. If Uganda had a good Forensic team Hajjati still stands a chance of getting justice for her daughter, I only don't trust the corruption and injustice systems in the country.
