Tried this method and I must say I'm impressed... There was still frizz but for the most part I had a lot of definition. I've never used a diffuser so I definitely learned what works. ! Thanks so much !:)

I tried this routine exactly except I did scrunch on coconut oil to seal in the moisture after putting in all of the products. My curls look beautiful!! It's actually even curlier than normal- probably because it was so dehydrated lol.. These products definitely gave my hair the moisture it needed. I love my hair! I can't wait to see how long my curls will stay well defined. I am glad I came across your channel. :)

I am so glad i came across your video, i went out on a limb and bought the shea moisture products (conditoner, smoothie, and style milk) and i am sooo happy with this stuff. I have never found something that is this amazing for my hair!!!! Thank you sooo much for your video! My curls are flawless which is something i have not ever had. I used to hate the Shea moisture smoothie when I would rake it in my hair. I'm not sure why but it just didn't do anything but make my thick hair feel oily but I tried scrunching it in and my curls are popping now. I tried pretty much your whole method, with only raking your thickest conditioner in the hair and then smoothing or scrunching the rest of the products and my hair is pretty much perfect now so thank you! 💋

So I tried this and it works wonderfully! I still had a bit of frizz in areas, but I just need to play around with the amount of products I used. The technique is perfect! 👍🏽

Eating healthy fats like avocado and eggs, proteins (like eggs), salmon etc. LOTS of water (which helps with weight loss too) *How much?* 1/2 your body weight in ounces. Mine isn't really a curl its more like waves... But when I get in the shower and wash Its a huge curl forest.. Blow dry its afro and when I iron my hair I ALWAYS put on a heat protecting thing. (I iron my hair everytime)
