The lyrics are basically about their lover not being there, even missing their birthday, because they are cheating. Questioning if it was their own fault for things going wrong. But it isn't vindictive in any way. In fact they thank the woman for the great time they had as a couple and that they'll miss them but ultimately they have to say bye. It's a sad song but also uplifting in a way that they'll be able to move on for not having any ill will towards what they had even if the other person doesn't or never felt the same.

my bias being junji, mill wrecked my bias list with this song....he looks so good and that soft voice when he sings 'goodbye,arigatou,saiyonara' did the deal. they are cuties and finally an idol again that is just 1 year younger than me (KB)

Lastly, the lips print with the song title is a composite of all member's lips, lol
