Fact of the matter is, she should wear what she’s dreamed about because it’s what’s right. We all know it’s what’s right. People will choose to idolize others based on their own views and ideas. We all want to do what we want, and by being true to herself she’s won, even if the whole world turned against her. I like to think that in the end it’s people who stick to their guns who end up being great and admirable.

And when I bought mine, she tried doing it to me. I stuck to my guns on that bit. I was NOT going to wear something she picked out. She wanted me to return the dress I had found. I love this bride. She’s intelligent, thoughtful and beautiful. I love how she was so appreciative of her parents paying for her dress but that she also is a mature enough woman who can make her own decisions without being rude. She also was so cute when she talked about how she always had a crush on her fiancé but was a nerd and how she can’t wait for him to see her in her dress-I feel like she differs from a lot of the brides who think only about themselves and really want a wedding more than a marriage.

I'm surprised at how little the love exists between mothers and daughters. The hardest thing for a parent appears to be an inability to bless their child when is time to cut the cord forever. The mother wants to keep their daughter under their wings thru the purchase of a very expensive dress. The mother wants to make THEIR friends happy without regard for their daughters sense of style.. The mothers wonder why so often their daughters marry and suddenly move across the country for a job opportunity leaving the toxicity behind. Does being a mother blind one to their child's individuality and desires? Absolutely the worst and most revealing show ever. It should be called "How Little I Think Of My Daughter And Her Happiness". I'm flabbergasted at the mothers who rule the roost like Stalin. Only with less mercy.
