Tilaluha are two words, "Tila" could mean " to stop" or "seems like", depends upon the usage. "Luha" means "tears"... In that song (tilaluha), I think they want to say "tila na aking mga luha" that translates to "Hope these tears will run dry".

Their best version of Tilaluha was in their TM PUSUAN performance. Try listening to it. Their vocals there is clearer too and Stell belting there made us shookt. Tilaluha is two words put together.
