What's good in Sb19 is they always try their best to understand each other. They consider each others feelings and whatever it was, its valid. There are no pinned up emotions, they always have the chance to let it all out wither its frustrations, sadness and being angry with the other members, they are just there to listen and apologize if it made each other feel that way. That's one of the reason why this groups foundation is so strong. That kind of frienship will surely last a lifetime. At this point they are more like brothers.

Perfectionism is indeed a double edged sword. It makes a person strive to be always excellent but on the downside, it makes a person very stressed and frustrated especially if he/she feels that they messed up. Whats worse is these people usually don't get the emotional support they need since other people feel that they are "independent" and "strong" when in fact they're not. Stell is lucky he have SB19 to be his support so that he can at least confide with his worries and frustrations.
